The trouble with puppies is they are too cute and so you spend hours watching them, playing with them and then you find other things piling up because you have run out of time to get them done....
I have some serious catching up to do over the next four weeks!
So tonight I thought I'd post another gallery of today's pictures. The puppies discovered one of Arthur's toys in the garden and three took turns to carry it about. Others went exploring other parts of the garden meanwhile Alice tried to encourage them to stay close to the clematis. Clearly flatcoat selective hearing kicks in early on as they mostly ignored her to go off exploring. One puppy is very inquisitive and is often the first to explore a new part of the garden or push through the plants in the edges of the garden, he nearly made it to get under the plant stands by the greenhouse that would have been tricky getting him out of that. One pup found a tennis ball, the favourite flatcoat addiction, it was a little large but he did try to get it in his mouth to carry off, in the end he pushed it for a bit then ran off to join his mum.
